These terms govern the purchase, on CoursTech, of access to a certifying online course, as well as the applicable refund conditions.
1. Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the purchase, on the CoursTech website, of access to a certifying online course (individually or as a bundle). They complement the site's Terms of Use.
2. Price and payment terms
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), all taxes included. Payment is made online, in full, through our payment provider FedaPay (Mobile Money or card). Provider fees may be added to the displayed price.
3. Delivery — access to the course
Access to the course is activated automatically, immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Immediate access and no right of withdrawal
Access to the digital content is activated immediately after payment. A free preview (first lesson or first module) is available before any purchase. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal. A full refund remains guaranteed in case of a duplicate payment, access not delivered, or a course withdrawn from the catalogue — write to contact@courstech.com.
