Module 4 — Planning with a Backlog and Sprints
Prioritize a backlog of user stories with the impact-effort matrix or MoSCoW, then plan a realistic sprint.
Module 5 — Running Agile Ceremonies
Run the daily, sprint planning and retrospective with a clear goal and a strict time limit, without hollowing them out.
Module 6 — Managing with Simple Indicators
Track a sprint with two simple indicators — velocity and burndown — without turning them into a pressure tool.
Module 7 — Using AI for Project Management
Delegate meeting summaries, user story rewording and draft prioritization to AI, never the final decision.
Module 8 — Managing Risks and the Unexpected
Identify and assess project risks by probability and impact, with a mitigation plan for each one.
Module 9 — Professional Integration and Certification
