Every month he redoes the same Excel reports in a day and a half. A former colleague, who started from the same post, now leads AI scoping missions for a local fintech. In this module, Mateus compares the two paths, measures his skills and chooses the two areas he will work on during the eight weeks of the course. Lesson plan : 1. Two analysts, two career paths 2. Hybrid skills: business, data and AI 3. Self-diagnosis: placing yourself on the matrix 4. Testimony: automating a WhatsApp customer service What you will be able to do : - Compare two analyst career paths by the nature of their assignments - Score one's nine hybrid skills from 0 to 3 with the self-positioning grid - Place one's profile on the business mastery and AI mastery matrix - Spot the four AI opportunity signals in a customer service End-of-module questions (Answer in writing, with figures.) : 1. How many hours a month do you spend on repetitive tasks an assistant could prepare? Give a figure. 2. What is your business total out of 9, and your data plus AI total out of 18? Give both numbers. 3. What are your two areas of progress for the eight weeks? Name them. Module deliverables : - Your self-positioning sheet: nine scores and three totals - Your quadrant on the matrix and your two areas of progress with a week-8 goal - Your tally of ten analyst job offers with the number of mentions of each family
