General Terms of Sale
These terms govern the purchase, on CoursTech, of access to a certifying online course and of the download of a course's companion book, as well as the applicable refund conditions.
1. Purpose
These general terms of sale govern the purchase, on the CoursTech website, of access to a certifying online course (individually or as a bundle) and of the download, in PDF format, of a course's companion book. They complement the site's Terms of Use.
2. Price and payment terms
Prices are shown in US dollars on the English version of the site and in CFA francs (XOF) on the French version, all taxes included; dollar prices are set by CoursTech. Payment is currently processed in CFA francs (XOF): the exact amount debited is shown before you confirm payment. Payment is made online, in full, through our payment service provider (Mobile Money or card). Provider fees may be added to the displayed price.
3. Delivery — access to the course, download of the book
Access to the course is activated automatically, immediately after payment confirmation. The book download is opened under the same conditions; the PDF file delivered carries the buyer's name and email address as a watermark.
4. Immediate access and no right of withdrawal
Access to the digital content — course or book — is activated immediately after payment. A free preview is available before any purchase: the first lesson or first module for a course, and online reading of the book, open to learners enrolled in the course, for its download. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal. A full refund remains guaranteed in case of a duplicate payment, access not delivered, a file that cannot be downloaded, or a course withdrawn from the catalogue — write to contact@courstech.com.
